I used to think that cellulite only happens to overweight women. Oh well...

The first signs of cellulite appear in girls at the age of 14, when puberty begins. Yes, yes, I have more than once seen thin teenage girls in short shorts and with lumpy skin. Cellulite is also more pronounced during pregnancy. In general, all the “best” for us poor women!!!

In overweight women, cellulite is more pronounced than in thin women.

I don’t know when I got it. But at the age of 17 I weighed 65 kg with a height of 167 cm and then I began to notice unsightly tubercles on my hips.

These tubercles were visible either under certain lighting or when the skin was compressed. That is, I had stage 1 cellulite.

At first I didn’t care about having cellulite, I thought, “Everyone has it, why should I worry about it?”

3. COSMETIC TREATMENTS

Let's move on to what I think is the main point - cosmetic procedures.

Believe me, girls, one anti-cellulite cream will not save you from this problem, everything must be comprehensive!!!

For example, my friend bought herself an expensive anti-cellulite cream. At the same time, while eating sweets and buns, she smeared herself with cream and firmly believed that cellulite would take offense at her and go away. How she scolded the cream and the manufacturer when cellulite didn’t even think about going away.

As I wrote above, I was the owner of stage 1 cellulite.

I want to write about this in more detail. The fact is, when you have cellulite of the first or second stage, it can be corrected with the help of cosmetic procedures. But when cellulite is in the third or fourth stage, then this is a serious matter. You have to try very, very hard to remove it.

For myself, I chose procedures such as massage and body wrap.

MASSAGE...

I had a massage using a vacuum and a massager.

I described the vacuum massage procedure in detail in THIS review.

For vacuum massage I used the well-known Anti-cellulite massage cream from Vitex. I've bought it 4 times already)))

The oil is budget, but it's really worth it. Giving them a massage is very easy and pleasant.

I also made a mixture of oils for massage.

1. Cocoa wrap or chocolate wrap.


For this wrap we need:

  • 3-4 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply to skin for 30-40 minutes and wrap in cling film.

2. Wrap with coffee and blue clay.

We need:

  • ground coffee 2 tbsp.
  • blue clay 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon 1 tsp.
  • red pepper tincture 5 drops.

Mix everything and apply to skin for 30-40 minutes. Due to the red pepper tincture, the skin will burn, but it will be tolerable.


3. Wrap with Vitex Anti-cellulite massage cream.

Everything is simple here, I applied the cream to my thighs and wrapped it in film. I walked like this for a maximum of 30 minutes. Then I washed it off with cold water because it was very hot.

4. Wrap with any anti-cellulite cream and clay.

We need:

  • any anti-cellulite cream - 2 tbsp.
  • blue clay - 1 tbsp.
  • orange or grapefruit essential oil - 5 drops.


SCRUBS, CREAM

Let's not forget, of course, about such simple things as body scrub and anti-cellulite cream.

The scrub can be either store-bought or homemade. I prefer the second option.

I make the simplest coffee scrub.

To do this I use:

  • ground coffee 3 tbsp.
  • sugar 4 tbsp.
  • cinnamon 1 tbsp.
  • any nourishing oil (coconut, olive, peach kernels, etc.) 3 tbsp
  • orange essential oil 7 drops

Mix everything and place it in a jar (I use it for hair masks) for storage. The consistency of the cream depends on the amount of oil; you can add a little water.

This scrub, as for me, is no different from a store-bought one. Well, except for the smell - there are a lot of fragrances and perfume compositions in store-bought ones.

Mix three to four tablespoons of good honey, a tablespoon of olive oil and two to three drops of grapefruit essential oil. Mix a handful of green tea, a tablespoon of ground almonds, a tablespoon of coconut oil and two or three finely grated grapefruit slices. Prepare a homemade cream: mix two to three tablespoons of ginger juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper, five tablespoons of jojoba or cocoa oil and a teaspoon of liquid vitamin E. Heat the mixture over low heat until it becomes homogeneous - and get an excellent anti-cellulite remedy.
