Let the words “I love and approve of myself” become your mantra. Repeat this affirmation every time you walk past a mirror or see your reflection.

Invitation

Welcome dear ones to the 21-day mirror course. It is based on my popular self-love video course. Over the next three weeks, you will learn how to transform your life just by looking in the mirror.

Mirror work - looking deeply into your eyes and repeating affirmations - will teach you to love yourself and see the world as safe and full of love... I've been telling people about the principles and benefits of working with a mirror for a long time - as long as I've been teaching the science of affirmations. Simply put, no matter what we say or think, these are all affirmations. Your entire conversation with yourself, the dialogue going on in your head, is a flow of affirmations. These affirmations are messages addressed to your subconscious mind, they define habitual ways of thinking and behavioral patterns. Positive affirmations generate healing thoughts and ideas that support you and instill confidence, enhance self-esteem, calm the mind, and instill inner joy.

The strongest affirmations you say out loud are in front of the mirror. The mirror reflects the feelings that you have towards yourself. You immediately become aware of exactly when you are resisting and when you are open and relaxed. The mirror clearly shows what thoughts you will need to change in yourself if you want to have a happy life filled with positive emotions.

Just as a mirror reflects your image, so experience reflects your inner beliefs.

As you learn, you will learn a lot more about what you say and what you do. You will learn to take care of yourself on a deeper level than you have done before. When something good happens in your life, you can walk up to the mirror and say: "Thanks. It's amazing! Thank you for making this happen. "... If something bad happens to you, you can also go to the mirror and say: “Okay, I love you. What just happened will pass, but I love you, and this is forever ".

For most of us, sit in front of a mirror and watchright at yourself will seem difficult at first, so we call it workwith a mirror. But over time, you will become less picky and work will turn into the gamewith a mirror. Very soon the mirror will become your companion, dear friend, not your enemy.

Doing mirror work is one of the great gifts of love you can afford. It only takes a second to say, "Hey kid," "You look good," or "Isn't that funny?" It's important to send yourself small, positive messages throughout the day. The more you use the mirror to compliment yourself, approve of your actions, and support yourself in difficult times, the deeper and more enjoyable your relationship with yourself will become.

You may ask: why does the program last exactly 21 days? How can you completely change your life in just three weeks? It may not work completely. But the seeds of change can be planted. As you do your mirror work, these seeds grow into new, healthy habits of the mind that open the doors to a happy and fulfilling life.

So let's get started!

First week

Day 1. Love yourself

It is very important to love yourself. Mirror work can help you build the most important relationship in your life: the relationship with yourself.

At first glance, working with a mirror may seem easy or even a little silly. Many of the things that I will ask you to do in 21 days may appear too simple at first to be meaningful. But I realized that the most simple actions are often the most important. One small change in your thinking can make a big difference in your entire life.

We will be looking at different topics every day. I will start with a little discussion on a given topic, and then I will show you how to work with a mirror: I will give one exercise that - I would really like it - you would do during the day. You can start exercising in the morning, standing in front of the bathroom mirror, and then continue in the afternoon whenever you walk past the mirror or see your reflection in the window. Finally, I suggest meditation. Before you start thinking about how these thoughts can make your life easier and better, I suggest you find calmness and a comfortable position.

Your 1st day. Mirror Exercise

Stand or sit in front of the bathroom mirror.

Look yourself in the eye.

Take a deep breath and say the following affirmation: "I want to love you. I want to truly learn to love you. Let's try it and have a good time. "

Take another deep breath and say: “I'm really learning to love you. I'm really learning to love you. "

This is the first exercise; I know it might sound a little challenging, but please follow through. Continue taking deep breaths. Look yourself in the eye. Use your name when you say these words : “I want to learn to love you, [name]. I want to learn to love you. "

Each time you walk past a mirror or see your reflection, please repeat these affirmations, not even out loud.

At first, repeating affirmations may seem silly and ridiculous to you. You may even get angry or scream. Everything is fine; it's really okay. You are not alone. Remember that I am always with you. I'm going through it too. Tomorrow is a new day and everything can change.

The power is within you: your 1st day. Recording exercise

After you finish your morning mirror work, describe your feelings and observations. Did you feel stupid, angry, or upset?

Six hours after you finish your morning mirror work, again describe your feelings and observations.

Track any changes in your behavior or beliefs throughout the day. Did the exercise become easier for you, or do you still find it difficult - even after doing it for a short time?

At the end of the day, before you go to bed, write down what you have learned from mirror work.

Do you want to become a happy person, but all attempts are in vain? Why do you think this is happening? Surely, in order to answer this question, you will have to blame your loved ones and acquaintances, as well as complain about constant coincidences of circumstances that develop differently as you would like. Naturally, if you ate to think so every day, then to find bliss, alas, will not work. But how do you fix this? Louise Hay and her book Get Happy in 21 Days will answer all of these questions.

You have the opportunity to download the free book "Become Happy in 21 Days" in fb2, epub, pdf, txt, doc - by Louise Hay on our website, at the link below.

What is this book about?

People program themselves by self-hypnosis. If you repeat to yourself every day that "I am a loser," then subconsciously you yourself give yourself a mindset for unsuccessful tasks. The reason for this lies in the low assessment of their abilities and lack of faith in their own strength. In other words, people lack self-confidence. You need to start doing any business with enthusiasm, good mood and the confidence that as a result of your work, a new masterpiece will appear before the world.

In Be Happy in 21 Days, Louise Hay insists that we each need to love ourselves. The author assures that only happy people achieve success and make all their dreams come true, and you can only become happy by loving yourself with all your shortcomings and advantages. You are the only partner with whom you will have to move through this life, making plans and implementing them. It is impossible to achieve success with a partner you hate. If a person manages to achieve harmony with himself, realistically assess his strength and, most importantly, believe in them, then such success will be guaranteed.

What does this book teach?

Louise Hay in Be Happy in 21 Days offers a short course in affirmation, consisting of simple exercises and strategies, that will ultimately help you discover your true soul and become happier. The only item you need is a mirror.

It is the use of a mirror that makes Ms. Hey's technique unique in its kind. The author is sure that only a look in your eyes and self-hypnosis make ordinary people real lucky ones and favorites of life.

Practical exercises, actionable tips and rules, effective techniques - all this will help you:

  • Become confident in yourself and your strengths;
  • Get rid of stressful situations;
  • Reveal your potential - personal and creative;
  • Raise your own self-esteem;
  • Get rid of hatred and anger that prevents you from becoming happy;
  • Face your fears boldly.

The complete course on acquiring self-love is 3 weeks. After 21 days, your life will change beyond recognition. Luck loves the lucky ones, and happiness depends only on your attitude.

Who is this book for?

Be Happy in 21 Days is a great life guide for anyone desperate to succeed and fail to understand what they fail. A tutorial on Mistress Hey's self-confidence is essential to become a little more joyful in this perishable but wonderful world.
