Tantrums in children 1 2 years

How to deal with hysteria in a child 1 - 2 years old?

(This is an answer to the question of one of the community members, or maybe even more than one. I wrote this post on my site, but realized that I was mistaken, now I publish it here for the second time)

At first, tantrums arise in a child spontaneously and unintentionally, when some of his needs and requirements are not satisfied and his nervous system does not have the strength to withstand this stress. Therefore, they just often arise in a state of illness: the nervous system is already exhausted, and then you still feel like drinking or your shoes are rubbing and it is generally not clear what is wrong with the body and where it hurts. But there is always some very real need behind the hysteria.

However, the way to communicate this need is, to put it mildly, not very correct. Therefore, here you need to maneuver: to catch the message, and to make it clear that this method is unacceptable, and to teach other, more cultured ways. Of course, the cultural way is to say in words, but a small child has little opportunity to do this yet. He may not know the words, or he may not really understand what is wrong.

Of course, if the child picks up the connection. that he has lost everything and received everything, he no longer tries to master another way of expressing his needs. What for? And that's how it works! Children at this age (1-2 years old) are very good at remembering simple causal relationships and love to use them. For example, I pressed the button - the TV started playing. What joy and what power over the world!

Shouted - my mother gave me a drink. Power over the world again!

So, of course, if this connection is not broken now, it will only intensify - but now you have to struggle with the already established connection, so it is difficult. But using spanks and punishments of this kind to express your rejection of such behavior is not very good, because this method only works to, so to speak, "win the battle but lose the war."

The best method for dealing with these already entrenched tantrums consists of several steps.

Try to saturate the child's needs in advance (for this you need to analyze the most common causes of tantrums and figure out how to give the child what he needs - food, drink, attention, etc. while he is calm).

If it failed, or the child wants something that is impossible - in general, he hysterized, the most important thing is to keep calm, in short words, say, "We don't do that. I will listen to you as soon as you calm down. Say calmly. Say in words." That is, by all means let the child understand that his desire will be heard as soon as he calms down. Of course, it won't work right away, so you can apply the isolation method here - you isolate the child for as many minutes as he is, stay outside the door and at the first sign of calm, go to him, press him to you, calm him down and listen.

If this happens on the street, then it is better to use the holding method: you take the child in your arms or on your knees, even if he kicks or breaks loose, and squeeze very tightly in your arms, saying "I love you very much, you will calm down now and we will talk" and keep not releasing until it begins to relax and calm down. It is easier to hold the baby if it is done from the back, the legs can be allowed to dangle freely, and the arms can be pressed crossed against the chest. Then he will not be able to hit you, bite or scratch you.

There are two things to remember:

You can give your child what you want only when he has calmed down enough. Then his associative connection between hysteria and satisfaction will gradually collapse.

The purpose of all these actions is not to punish the child, but to help him learn to cope with overwhelming emotions on his own.

Having consistently implemented this algorithm several times, you will get rid of hysterics almost forever. Relapses are possible with illness or at a crisis age, but it will be easier to cope with them if you now eradicate this unpleasant habit.

Recently, I visited one of the mothers' forums and was simply amazed at the number of questions on what to do if tantrums in a 1-year-old child become a habitual and unbearable phenomenon.

The answers to this question were also incredible, but, what is most interesting, not all of them were effective and worked.

Many complained that the application of any particular advice or technique not only did not help, but, in some cases, worsened the situation.

In general, I realized that the topic is relevant, as never before and decided to comprehensively deal with the question of what to do when the child is 1 year old, and his tantrums became frequent and sometimes unbearable for the whole family, having laid out all the information I know in this article as accurately as possible.

Causes of tantrums at 1 year

By the first year of life, the child begins to realize himself as an independent unit. He has his own desires, which are not always in tune with yours.

If you try to briefly explain the state of affairs at the age of 1 year, then it will sound like this: there are many desires, but few opportunities.

A child has a poorly developed part of the brain that is responsible for self-control and expression of oneself in words. At this age, the baby is guided exclusively by emotions.

An incompletely formed nervous system does not yet know how to properly cope with the feelings and emotions that overwhelm the baby. And this is the main reason for a child's tantrums at 1 year old.

What can cause hysteria in a child overwhelmed with emotions? There can be many reasons. But the ones listed below are the most common. For convenience, they can be divided into two groups:

  1. Physiological;
  2. The need for age (by the way, about age, see the current article What a child should be able to do at 1 year old >>>).

The first group includes:

  • hunger;
  • desire to drink;
  • the need for sleep and rest (read an important article: How much should a child sleep at 1 year old? >>>);
  • temperature regime. The baby may be hot or, conversely, cold;
  • the need for tactile contact. The child needs constant attention from the mother. This can include kissing, hugging, etc.

The second group includes the following reasons:

  1. desire to separate from mom;
  2. the baby does not feel enough freedom for himself so that he can express himself and show his independence, thereby expressing himself as a separate person;
  3. on the contrary, there is a lot of freedom and the baby does not know how to cope with it;
  4. overabundance of sensory information. These are constant movements, travel, changing strangers in your house, etc. This may well cause night tantrums at 1 year;
  5. an adult speaks and does too much for the kid. All of us mothers are to some extent hens-hens, but still you need to be able to stop in time;

If you feel that you do not have enough authority in the eyes of the child and often you give up your positions, you cannot set clear boundaries for the child, watch the online seminar Mom - Home! >>>

Attention! The most important thing you need to remember and know: the child never tries to do it out of spite or on purpose.

Simply differently, he still does not know how to cope with his feelings and emotions at this age. A baby at 1 year old is physically not able to clearly and eloquently tell you the essence of his problem.

How to respond to a tantrum at 1 year old

There are many different options on how to respond to frequent tantrums in a 1-year-old child. For instance:

  • take the baby away from the place of irritation. This applies to more public places: shops, transport, etc .;
  • offer a choice of 2-3 positions if you are hysterical about a specific desired thing;
  • leave the baby alone with you and not react to him for a while;
  • distract, switch attention.

But the point is that often these tips simply do not work or are not physically feasible at a particular point in time.

It is difficult for a one-year-old child to make a choice from several proposed options, especially if he has already precisely determined for himself what he needs. And if he chose and wanted this particular green car, then the juice or cookies will hardly interest him.

And you can't jump out of the train on the move either, you need to solve the problem here and now. Not reacting to a tantrum is fundamentally wrong: a child at 1 year, on the contrary, most of all at such moments needs the understanding and support of the person closest to him.

So after all, how to stop a tantrum in a child at 1 year old? Based on the main reason for hysterics: the inability of the nervous system to cope with emotions at this age, first of all, you should help the baby survive this state.

For example: “You wanted to take a cookie from the shelf and eat it now, but it wasn’t there because we didn’t go to the store and buy it. I understand that you are very upset and angry that your wish is not feasible right now.

But as soon as we find ourselves in the store, we will definitely buy these cookies and put them on the shelf so that you can take them from there ”- all this is suitable for children over 2 years old.

One of the best options for a year-old, how to stop his tantrum, is to turn his attention to another object:

  1. Suddenly say loudly: “Oops! Is that a mouse? " and go to look under the bed, look for a mouse "or look out the window and show how the car is going;

It is important to add emotions, make them a little exaggerated. A baby's nervous system at 1 year old is unable to focus on two things at the same time and distraction works great.

Also, options that can be used, I give on the course Obedience without shouting and threats >>>

In the course, you will find more than 12 options for how to communicate with a child in moments of disobedience and whims. You can choose what will work best in your case.

  1. The second method, which should be used at 1 year old, if it is not possible to distract the child, is to give the opportunity to go through the tantrum to the end. And here tears of futility will help us

Tears of futility

There is such a thing as tears of futility. It is a kind of tool that allows the child to cope with the awareness and acceptance of what cannot be changed, with inhibitions and boundaries.

Agree that it is simply impossible to allow and allow everything for the child, and it is not right. The kid should know and understand from an early age that there are things that cannot be done.

Tears of futility help the kid accept this. And your business is to understand this and be near at this moment. For a while, the hysteria will continue, but over time it will begin to subside, turn into quiet crying, then only sobbing will remain and, finally, everything will stop.

Night tantrums

Too strong emotional and physical stress can exhaust the child, but he does not know how to tell you about it. Begin difficulty falling asleep and nocturnal tantrums at 1 year. Look at the child's day regimen.

Important! If you do not put your child to bed in a timely manner, by the evening, overwork reaches the limit and, in order to relieve the load, the child will go into hysterics.

We analyze sleep problems and building the correct daily routine for a one-year-old child as part of the course How to improve a child's sleep: we teach a child to fall asleep and sleep without breast, night awakenings and motion sickness >>>

What not to do during a tantrum at 1 year

It is very important to remember what actions and deeds should not be resorted to in any case in order to stop tantrums in a child at 1 year old:

  • Do not use physical punishment. The consequences for you will be disappointing: isolation, increased aggression, etc .;
  • Don't order to calm down now. The child is simply not able to do this;
  • Don't shame your baby for crying. This will teach you how to suppress your emotions, which is extremely wrong and, in the end, in many ways dangerous.

Crying, thus giving vent to your emotions, is normal and completely natural. And this applies to both boys and girls.

If you find it difficult to cope with your emotions, you get annoyed or yell at your baby, watch the webinar Mom, don't yell! >>>

A child is the same person as you and me. Despite his small age, he has his own feelings, desires and emotions.

And he is not obliged, and should not suppress his negative impulses in himself. Just as you do not have to devote all your free time to him and forget about personal.

To understand, accept, tell, help and just love with all your heart, not for good behavior, but because you have it - this is what you can do for the happy future of your baby.

Tantrums in a child most often occur from one year of age, when the child begins to show the first attempts at independence (passion for research, curiosity). In infancy, the child is guided only by his needs (for food, warmth, communication), and as he grows older, he acquires desires as more conscious needs. But the perception of time at this age is still imperfect, because if some desire arises, the baby stubbornly achieves its fulfillment instantly. This is one of the reasons for the so-called crisis of the first year. Gradually accustoming himself to the fact that desires may not be satisfied immediately, and then, the child develops a sense of time and volitional processes, that is, the regulatory function of the psyche.

We can say that violent childish tantrums at first manifestations of the crisis of the first year are in everyone. But the strength, frequency of tantrums in a child, a variety of reasons depend on the temperament of the child and the adults around him. But they remain at an older age only in some.

Of course, many can say that even among adults (especially women) there are many who are capable of hysterically reacting to something. But these emotional disorders are “rudimentary” remnants of the crisis of the first year, or, as modern psychoanalysts believe, an indicator (and cause) of trouble in personal life.

Tantrum in a child: What to do?

When the dad from the first example got off the trolleybus, I could only guess what he would do next. Select options:

A) frees himself from the annoying glances and advice of passengers in a crowded transport and spanks his son well, so that next time it is not necessary to “dishonor his father”;

B) defiantly throws the "subject of hysteria" (yogurt) into the trash can and warns (calmly enough): "If you don't stop, you will never get anything else!"

C) will leave the child at the bus stop and step aside, waiting for "when this is over," while, for example, reading a newspaper.

Of course, the very first step of the Pope was very correct: he deprived the "little artist" of the "public" - he took him out of the trolleybus.

And the third way to bring a child out of hysteria is the most painless for both parties, and the most positive for the future emotional development of the child.

It must be said that if a child's hysterics nevertheless erupted, first of all, there is no need to be frightened, and even more so to feel guilty. This is a sign that the baby is growing up and developing ways of interacting with the world and with the people around him. Only parents, the closest people, can help the baby go the right, civilized way.

The hardest thing for parents at the moment childish tantrums and - keep yourself in control. After all, if an adult “explodes”, then the child will learn little from this “lesson”.

You also need to always remember that it is quite normal to refuse a child something. As well as the fact that the child may resent it. So there is no need to "succumb" to such emotionally expressed demands of the child.

Sometimes children are frightened precisely because they cannot cope with their emotions on their own. In this case, the child needs your support: hug him, say deliberately calmly: “It's okay, you're just very upset. This happens to every person. " If this causes additional irritation to the child, then just calmly say: “When you calm down, we’ll talk to you, but I don’t understand,” and step aside, making it clear physically that you will not listen to the screams and violent body movements.

So, the simplest and most difficult "recipe" (but also the best!) is to ignore the emotional outburst of a child... Stand still and wait for it to end child hysterics.

If you are very upset, quickly leave the child's "battlefield" for the momentary fulfillment of your own desires, as calmly as possible. If you are in a public place, move away from the child, but so as not to lose sight of him, and so that he sees you. If the child cannot calm down for a long time (10-15 minutes), distract his attention by doing something with enthusiasm (playing with cubes, puzzles, toys, watching cartoons), completely not “remembering” the storm that has just broken out.

The child must learn that tantrums and emotional "blackmail" do not bring results, and it is better to look for other ways of expressing desire. The child should know that he has the right to any feeling and be able to express it in a civilized manner. And the main thing is that even if this happens, then mom and dad do not approve of this behavior, they do not like it, but they love the baby himself.

If tantrums in a child become a habit, this may mean that he learned in this way to achieve his goal. Most likely, he realized that this is how you make concessions: buy him sweets or toys, or allow him not to go to bed on time. Therefore, parents should keep in mind that, giving in to these tantrums, you give in to a desire that, for one reason or another, did not intend to fulfill, and contributes to the fact that tantrums become just a negative habit.

In this case, you will have to stock up on a "carriage" of patience. But, if you understand that tantrums have become a method for him to get something out of you, the only tactic of dealing with them is to ignore them.

Do not be surprised if a child, seeing that his "efforts" are not producing the desired effect, doubles or even triples them. It is then that you need to gather all your strength into a fist so as not to pay attention to these cries: not a gesture, not a look, not a word.

"What to do after a child's tantrum?" or "Prevention"

Can't be ridiculed baby hysterics and, let alone punish a child for them. The most difficult thing for parents in such a situation is to maintain control over themselves. If you yourself often react violently, then the child will not be able to learn other behavior. However, if you manage to control yourself, you will give your baby a good example of self-control, worthy of emulation.

When child hysterics will pass, do not start a conversation about it. If the purpose of this behavior was "blackmail", then the child will understand that he did not achieve the goal.

When the play is over, you should act as if nothing happened, without commenting on what happened and giving the crumbs the opportunity to earn your favor again. If you withstand such stress and strictly follow this rule, after a while you will notice that your baby is less and less satisfied with tantrums.

Consider what may have contributed to the child's emotional breakdown. If you can prevent these situations in the future, then protect yourself from the recurrence of tantrums in the same conditions. For example, there are circumstances in which children are prone to emotional breakdowns (for example, when the baby is tired or too excited, did not get enough sleep), he may be restless, and therefore more irritable, and, reacting to your situational "no", will respond with an unconventionally stormy scene ... If a child throws tantrums during or after visiting guests, then perhaps he is too excited by such a crowd of people. You need to devote time to your baby in a quiet place: draw with him, tell or read a story.

Never abruptly interrupt your child's activities, even if they seem pointless to you. It takes some time to switch the baby's attention. It can be done together, distracting the child from the activity they like and captivating with what you need.

Sometimes irritation in children accumulates when something does not work out for a long time. Watch how the child copes with some new business for himself, because at first he will not always be able to do it himself (start a new car, climb the steps up a hill, step over a trickle). In such cases, you need to do it with him, so that he tests his strength and believes in them. Of course, you do not need to do this for the child, but create conditions so that he understands that he coped himself (with your help).

In a relaxed atmosphere, when you spend moments of time, teach your child to behave correctly during an emotional breakdown. Tell the story about the Hare, who often brawled, stamped his feet, and his parents did not understand the words when he shouted and could not give him what he asked. And then the bunny learned to ask in words for what he always shouted and cried about. Let the child “become” a Bunny and figure out how to ask correctly, so as not to shout, how to react if the answer is “no”. You can even teach a small child to name their feelings. During the time that he will spend on building a phrase, he will already calm down a little. Another time, let him be the mother of the Bunny and say your phrase in a calm tone: “You are angry. When you calm down, we'll talk. "

Ask your child how he would like you to behave with him when he is furious: for you to hug him and calm him down, or to step aside and wait until he calms down (of course, this should be asked at the wrong time hysteria).

And, of course, watch your behavior to see if you say no too often. If you constantly pull and stop the child and thereby provoke? This can lead to the fact that the baby will not withstand your emotional pressure and "explode". For every "no" and "no", there must be "yes" and "yes". For example, you cannot rip up books - you can use this newspaper. Give an alternative to the child's categorical demand, as if consulting with him, find your “no” in “yes”: “Yes, of course, we will paint in this place, but for this we will attach an absolutely magnificent white Whatman paper!”.

It should also be noted that some children (as well as adults!) Are infected with a "spirit of contradiction." Before agreeing to concessions, these babies love to "rave". After the hysteria gradually subsides, they do what is needed, tacitly agree with the arguments. Treat such features of a child as a May thunderstorm, after which the sun will come out.

Children's tantrums can complicate the life of any, even very patient adults. Yesterday the baby was a "sweetheart", but today it was changed as it was - he screams for any reason, squeals, falls to the floor, bangs his head against the walls and the carpet, and no admonitions help. Such unpleasant scenes almost never happen as one-off protests. Often the child's tantrums are repeated systematically, sometimes several times a day.

This cannot but alarm and puzzle parents who ask themselves what they did wrong, is everything okay with the baby and how to stop these antics. The authoritative well-known children's doctor Yevgeny Komarovsky tells mothers and fathers how to react to children's tantrums.

About the problem

Children's tantrums are a ubiquitous phenomenon. And even if the parents of the toddler say that they have the quietest baby in the world, this does not mean that he never makes scenes out of the blue. Until recently, it was somehow embarrassing to confess to hysterics in their own child, parents were embarrassed, all of a sudden those around them would think that they were bringing up the little one badly, and sometimes they were even afraid that their beloved child would be considered mentally "not like that" by those around them. So they fought as best they could, in the bosom of the family.

In recent years, they began to talk about the problem with specialists, child psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists and pediatricians. And an insight came: there are much more hysterical children than it might seem at first glance. According to statistics available to child psychologists in one of the large clinics in Moscow, 80% of children under the age of 6 have hysterics periodically, and 55% of these babies have hysterics on a regular basis. On average, children can have such attacks from 1 time per week to 3-5 times a day.

Infant tantrums have certain basic symptoms. As a rule, the attack is preceded by some of the same events and situations.

During a hysterics, a child can scream heart-rendingly, tremble, choke, while there will not be so many tears. Breathing problems may occur, heart rate increases, and many children try to hurt themselves by scratching their faces, biting their hands, or hitting walls or the floor. The attacks in children are long enough, after them they cannot calm down for a long time, they sob.

At certain age periods, tantrums acquire stronger manifestations, at such “critical” stages of growing up, emotional outbursts change their color. They can appear unexpectedly, or they can disappear just as suddenly. But tantrums should in no way be ignored, just as a child should not be allowed to manipulate adult family members with the help of shouting and stamping his feet.

The opinion of Dr. Komarovsky

First of all, says Evgeny Komarovsky, parents should remember that a child in a state of hysterics definitely needs a spectator. Kids never make scandals in front of the TV or washing machine, they choose a living person, and from the family members, the one who is most sensitive to his behavior is suitable for the role of the viewer.

If the dad begins to worry and get nervous, then it is he who will be chosen by the child for a spectacular hysteria. And if the mother ignores the child's behavior, then throwing a tantrum in front of her is simply not interesting.

Doctor Komarovskaya will tell you how to wean a child from hysterics in the next video.

This opinion is somewhat contrary to the generally accepted opinion of child psychologists, who argue that a child in a state of hysteria is completely out of control. Komarovsky is sure that the baby is perfectly aware of the situation and the balance of power, and does everything that he does at this moment quite arbitrarily.

Therefore, the main advice from Komarovsky is in no way to show that the children's "concert" somehow touches the parents. No matter how strong the tears, screams and stamping feet may be.

If a child at least once achieves his goal with the help of hysteria, he will use this method all the time. Komarovsky warns parents to placate the baby during a tantrum.

To yield means to become a victim of manipulation, which will, in one way or another, constantly improving, continue for the rest of your life.

It is advisable to calm all family members adhered to tactics of behavior and rejection of hysterics, so that mom's "no" never turns into dad's "yes" or grandmother's "maybe." Then the child will quickly understand that hysteria is not a method at all, and will stop testing the nerves of adults for strength.

If the grandmother begins to show gentleness, to feel sorry for the child offended by the parental refusal, then she risks becoming the only spectator of children's tantrums. The problem, says Komarovsky, is the lack of physical safety with such grandmothers. After all, usually a grandson or granddaughter gradually ceases to obey them and can get into an unpleasant situation in which they can be injured while walking, burn yourself with boiling water in the kitchen, put something into an outlet, etc., because the baby will not react to the hail of grandmother.

What to do?

If the child is 1-2 years old, he is quite quickly able to form the correct behavior at the reflex level. Komarovsky advises to put the baby in the playpen, where he will have a safe space. As soon as the hysteria began - leave the room, but let the child know that he is being heard. As soon as the little one is silent, you can go to his room. If the cry is repeated, go out again.

According to Evgeny Olegovich, two days is enough for a child of one and a half to two years to develop a stable reflex - “mother is there if I don’t yell”.

For such "training" parents will need truly iron nerves, the doctor emphasizes. However, their efforts will certainly be rewarded by the fact that in a short time an adequate, calm and obedient child will grow up in their family. And one more important point - the sooner parents put this knowledge into practice, the better it will be for everyone. If the child is already over 3 years old, this method alone will not be enough. More painstaking work on errors will be required. First of all, over parental mistakes in raising their own children.

The child does not obey and is hysterical

Absolutely any children can be naughty, says Komarovsky. Much depends on the character, temperament, upbringing, norms of behavior that are adopted in the family, on the relationship between the members of this family.

Do not forget about the "transitional" age - 3 years, 6-7 years, adolescence.

3 years

At the age of about three years, the child begins to understand and realize himself in this big world, and, naturally, he wants to try this world for strength. In addition, children at this age are not all and are far from always able to express in words their feelings, emotions and experiences for any reason. So they show them in the form of hysteria.

Quite often, at this age stage, night tantrums begin. They are spontaneous, the child just wakes up at night and immediately practices a piercing cry, bends in an arc, sometimes tries to escape from adults and try to escape. Usually nighttime tantrums do not last so long, and the child "outgrows" them, they stop as suddenly as they began.

6-7 years old

At 6-7 years old, a new stage of growing up occurs. The kid is already ripe to go to school, and they begin to demand more from him than before. He is very afraid not to meet these requirements, he is afraid to "let him down", stress builds up and sometimes pours out again in the form of hysteria.

Evgeny Komarovsky emphasizes that most often parents turn to doctors with this problem when the child is already 4-5 years old, when tantrums occur "out of habit."

If at an earlier age the parents were unable to stop such behavior and unwittingly became participants in a tough show that the kid plays in front of them day after day, trying to achieve something of his own.

Parents are usually afraid of some of the external manifestations of hysteria, such as the child's fainting state, seizures, "hysterical bridge" (arching the back), deep sobs and breathing problems. Affective-respiratory disorders, this is what Evgeny Olegovich calls this phenomenon, are characteristic mainly of young children - up to 3 years old. With a strong cry, the child exhales almost the entire volume of air from the lungs, and this leads to paleness, holding of breath.

Such attacks are characteristic of capricious, excitable children, says Komarovsky. Many children use other methods of taking out anger, disappointment or resentment - they sublimate emotion into movement - they fall, knock with their feet and hands, bang their heads against objects, walls, and the floor.

With a prolonged and severe hysterical affective-respiratory attack, involuntary convulsions may begin if the child's consciousness begins to suffer. Sometimes in this state, the baby can describe himself, even if he has been walking on the potty perfectly for a long time, and incidents do not happen. Usually, after seizures (tonic - with muscle tension or clonic - with relaxation, "limp") breathing is restored, the skin ceases to be "cyanotic", the baby begins to calm down.

With such manifestations of hysteria, it is still better to consult a pediatric neurologist, since the same symptoms are characteristic of some nervous disorders.

  • Teach your child to express emotions in words. Your child cannot not be angry and annoyed at all, like any other normal person. You just need to teach him to correctly express his anger or irritation.
  • A child prone to hysterical attacks should not be overly patronized, cared for and cherished, it is best to send him to kindergarten as early as possible. There, says Komarovsky, attacks usually do not occur at all due to the absence of constant and impressionable spectators of hysterics - mom and dad.
  • Hysterical attacks can be learned to anticipate and control. To do this, parents need to carefully observe when hysteria usually begins. The child may be sleepy, hungry, or hate to be rushed. Try to bypass potential "conflict" situations as a party.
  • At the first sign of an incipient hysteria, you should try to distract the child. Usually, says Komarovsky, this works quite successfully with children under three years old. With older guys it will be more difficult.
  • If your child tends to hold his breath when hysterical, there is nothing particularly wrong with that. Komarovsky says that in order to improve breathing, you just need to blow in the baby's face, and he will definitely take a breath reflexively.
  • No matter how difficult it is for parents to deal with the child's tantrums, Komarovsky strongly recommends that they go to the end. If you let the baby beat you with a hysterics, then it will be even more difficult. Indeed, from a hysterical three-year-old one day a hysterical and completely intolerable teenager of 15-16 years old will grow up. It will ruin life not only for parents. He will make it very difficult for himself.

In order to help you choose the right place to play, we have compiled a list of the best online casinos. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with them and the criteria for their selection.

Rating of modern online casinos: how to choose the best casino

At one time, gambling establishments were widespread on the territory of Russia. Moscow, St. Petersburg and other large cities are literally flooded with networks of gambling halls of large operators. They were very popular among slot machine lovers.

In 2006, the Russian government passed a ban on gambling. The law came into effect at the end of May 2009. The gambling operators had only one way out - to move to Runet. Online casinos are also prohibited by Russian legislation, but online sites operate under international licenses and are entitled to provide gambling services to gamblers.

It turned out to be easier to play on the Internet - you didn't have to leave the house to try your luck. But at first in virtual clubs there was a meager range of games, there were difficulties in registration and payment of funds. You could only play for dollars and euros.

Today the situation with online casinos has completely changed. Well-known clubs offer convenient and favorable conditions to their clients. But do not forget that, along with reliable sites, there are many fraudulent establishments. And here the player's task is to avoid choosing a dubious club.

Fraudsters often save on design and decoration, in contrast to eminent clubs like Volcano Deluxe

TOP reliable online casinos: customer data security comes first

When choosing a casino, reliability comes to the fore, since the player has to trust the club with his money. If the institution operates illegally, it makes no sense to study the conditions of the game in it.

Most of the reliable online casinos operate on the basis of international licenses from the gambling commission Curacao eGaming. To obtain documentation for the legal gambling detail, the establishments undergo multi-stage checks. Due to this, the clients of licensed gambling clubs are guaranteed fair play.

The document from Curacao eGaming includes several important points:

  1. Legal name and registration address of the company that acts as the operator of the online casino.
  2. E-mail address.
  3. The main web address of the casino.
  4. The list of services that the operator can provide.
  5. Number of permits.

Licensed casinos not only publish a screen of a permit document on the site, but also make an active link to it. She redirects to the Curacao eGaming website, where you can verify the authenticity of the license issued to the club.

The document opens when you click on the license icon

Casino rules often take precedence in the English version. The translation is often inaccurate, which leads to disputes and refusals to pay. It is better to choose establishments with Russian-language documentation. Then there will be no unnecessary problems.

The best casinos require their customers to be verified. The procedure is primarily carried out in order to secure gamblers' gaming accounts. By confirming your identity and payment method, you can be sure that your funds are safe. No one except a gambler will be able to withdraw money from his game balance.

Additionally, verification opens up more opportunities and benefits from the game for clients. More promotions become available, withdrawal limits are increased, and cashout times are reduced.

The most honest online casinos partner with independent certification commissions

Honest casinos always work with independent certification commissions. They test the operation of the random number generator. Constant control of the RNG and the availability of certificates guarantees an impartial gameplay.

The world's online casinos always publish the results of independent audits in the news sections of their sites. Supporting documents are laid out.

It is equally important to study the list of manufacturers of slot machines and other gambling entertainment before registering with the club. The cooperation of the casino with renowned providers speaks in favor of reliability and the provision of games with the maximum return.

The best online casinos for money do not seek to take away the latter

Well-known and proven online casinos do not aim to take the latter away from the players. They create all the necessary conditions for a gambling holiday. If there are gambling addicts among the clients, they are offered a responsible game. Its conditions are described in detail in the corresponding section of the official casino website.

In particular, responsible gambling provides the ability to set limits on the game, block the account for a while or permanently. The section contains tips that can help you cope with gambling addiction.

Top casinos for payouts

Popular online casinos offer customers convenient payment methods, including:

  • Visa;
  • MasterCard;
  • WebMoney;
  • Qiwi;
  • Skrill;

Good gambling establishments do not deduct commissions from players. Fees can only be collected by the payment system. Some casinos take commissions from customers to use money as rewards, but this is not profitable. Basically, gamblers pay their own bonuses.

The best casinos support payments in several currencies: euros, rubles, dollars, hryvnia. Thus, the player himself chooses the option in which it is more convenient for him to place bets and control the bankroll.

Many clubs today accept payments with cryptocurrencies

The timing of the withdrawal of winnings is important. Popular clubs offer customers fast cashouts. Cashout takes 24 hours on average. But there are also casinos where instant withdrawal is provided - this option is even more convenient for players.

Best online casinos in 2020 by winnings: returns and odds

Paying casinos should also give customers the opportunity to win. The best gambling establishments offer entertainment with a return of 95%. Thus, favorable conditions for the game are provided.

For example, if during the day 100 people played in a slot machine with a return level of 95% and invested 100,000, then 5% of the amount will go to the casino's profit. The rest of the money will go to the pool of players of this slot, where 95,000 will be randomly distributed among them.

Rating of online casinos in 2020 according to the opinions of users

Theoretical data must always be supported by practice and provided by the players. Gamblers actively leave feedback on forums, blogs and other sites, such as rudy1970.livejournal. There they talk about the real payoff of slot machines, point out the cash-out terms, advantages and disadvantages of the bonus program.
