Take one or two sheets of black, opaque plastic. For these purposes, plastic folders for papers, which are sold in office supply stores, are suitable. If you took two sheets, then they need to be joined together along the edge. Attach the plastic to the helmet you created earlier so that the middle of it covers the back of your neck. Cut the side edges of the plastic diagonally so that they can be used to form the eyebrow arches of the helmet. Connect the edges with each other with adhesive tape glued from the inside.
Now start creating the Darth Vader mask. For these purposes, the mannequin that you used in the previous steps is suitable, or any one that fits your size. As with the top, glue the face and the front of the neck with paper dipped in glue. Form the zygomatic protuberances characteristic of the Darth Vader mask. Given that these tabs are quite tall, make them out of two crumpled pieces of paper with larger sheets of newspaper pasted over the top.
Shape the mask speech device. It should look like a hollow triangle with a lattice inside. After the mask is dry, glue the speech device to it. Remove the mask from the mold and carefully trim off the jagged edges.

7. Make two holes in the side edges of the mask and thread the ribbons with fasteners at the ends or a hat elastic through them.
8. Take the finest grit sandpaper and sand all the papier-mâché parts of the helmet with it.
9. Paint all the papier-mâché parts with black paint. If you are using a can of paint, cover all plastic surfaces with paper and tape. Instructions
1. It is easier for everyone to make such a mask using the papier-mâché technique. Prepare old newspapers, PVA glue, sunglasses, black plastic, a head-shaped mannequin for hats, a container of water, scissors and cardboard. You will also need pencils, black paint, clear varnish, hat bands, an eraser, and sandpaper.
2. Place a mannequin in front of you, the head size of which is slightly larger than yours, lubricate the shape of the mannequin's head with petroleum jelly or cream, and begin to carefully cover the mannequin with slices of newsprint dipped in water, forming the back of the mask. Paste over the form with wet paper, after which start moistening the newspaper scraps in PVA glue and applying the following layers.
3. Apply four layers of glued paper and dry the workpiece, and then apply four more layers. The thickness of the papier-mâché workpiece should be 4-5 mm. Increase the thickness of the layers until it becomes optimal. Dry the helmet blank completely and remove it from the mannequin.
4. Now prepare two sheets of black plastic, which you can cut off from stationery plastic folders and combine them together. Attach the plastic to the blank of the helmet so that the center of the sheet covers the neck. Cut off the side edges diagonally and combine them with tape, gluing the joints on the inside so as not to spoil appearance helmet.

The paint should be fairly thick, but still be a homogeneous mixture. Homemade bronze is also made right from bronze powder with a fine fraction. It is allowed to dilute it, including drying oil, but it dries much more leisurely than nitro varnish. In this case, you will have to paint with a brush. Use a medium bristle brush. Apply the paint first to the inside of the helmet and let dry. Paint the outside surface.
4. Cover the helmet with varnish. If you made your own silverware, then an additional layer of varnish may not be required. Finally, if the color suits you. With the support of different varnishes, it is possible to give the helmet different shades. With a clear transparent varnish, you get a bright sparkling product. The material will look like shiny polished iron. The aged bronze result gives more dark varnish over the bronze.

Some types of plastic are not worth even trying to paint. These are polyethylene, polypropylene and some other grades. But products for role-playing games from them traditionally and do not.

Make a papier-mâché paste. Combine some flour and five cups of water in a saucepan. Let it simmer for three minutes and cool. You will get a homogeneous mass without lumps.

- Use adhesive tape to secure the pads that do not adhere well (should be attached to clothing, not to the skin).
- Sports protection is expensive. If you don't have your own linings, ask your friends for them or look for them in second-hand stores.

Wear black pants and a long sleeve sweater. This garment should be close to the body, but not too tight. If you decide not to wear overlays, but want to appear bulkier, try wearing a thick sweater or several layers of turtlenecks. The same goes for pants: wear two pairs or pull the pants over the jeans.
- Several layers of clothing will keep you warm if you plan on spending time outside.
