This is an unusual wedding couple. More precisely, it is timed to before wedding photo session, and then the wedding will be invited :) And since the holiday is planned in nature in the form of an outdoor ceremony and a light buffet, the customer asked me to dress the bride not in a wedding, but in a light dress with a floral print.
The palette chosen by the newlyweds for their wedding, in my opinion, is just awesome! Pink marshmallow in chocolate glaze, let's call it so;) Plus a little green, calm light shade.
Something new for me - to pair a rabbit with a cat :))) But this was the desire of the customer Katerina. Somehow it so happened that in their future family he is a bunny, and she is a kitty;)
At first, I doubted that anything would come of this venture. Zaitsev is a usual thing for me to sew, but I have never done cats on standing legs in my life. Besides, they must be of the same size with the groom.
In general, it was decided to come up with my own cat pattern :)
The patterns of my hare and tilde-kitty were taken as a basis. I drew by crossing a cat's face (which is just perfect in Tilda's soft paws, in my opinion) and a pot-bellied body from my bunny, working on the scale so that when the cat sewed, it would be as tall as a groom bunny without ears. Finally, the pattern was ready and I decided that I needed to finally try to sew a cat on it, otherwise I can do it ad infinitum, the result will still be visible only when the toy is full;) And ... first Damn it turned out to be successful right away! :)) I was very pleased with the shape of the kitty's body! She left the upper legs unchanged as hares, but changed the lower legs in her own way, making them more rounded and not as elongated as those of a rabbit. The ears remained unchanged from the tilde cat.
And it turned out such a feline miracle, a mustache and ruddy :))
