Today I have passed exactly half of the term, not missing a single day, not allowing laziness, inertia and mood to confuse me. About ten days later I felt that everything in my life was somehow subtly changing ... Financial flows literally began to spin around me, pleasant events took place, my mood became persistent and constantly positive.

At first, I decided that maybe it seemed to me? But no, after a couple of days I realized that the whole Universe is literally helping me! The necessary information began to come freely and easily, people began to help me solve my problems practically free of charge. And I did not ask anyone for this help, which is the most characteristic! These people are no longer one, and not two. Everything began to move, began to change for the better. And what is most surprising is that progress has been made not only in the area where my declared desire “grows”. Those aspects of life that I did not even think about at that moment turned out to be touched. And this cannot but inspire!

Perhaps, for me personally, the time has come for the changes that I have been striving for for so long, perhaps, the necessary amount of positive has accumulated inside my consciousness - I don’t know. However, everything that happens does not seem to me to be accidental at all. Accidents do not happen at all! My wish has not yet been fulfilled. And this particular desire cannot be physically fulfilled in 30 days - such are the laws of nature)) However, I see how the prerequisites necessary for its fulfillment grow and multiply! And this is great!

Now I can, with a clear conscience and confidence, recommend this course of techniques and practices to all of you, friends! Such effective things must be had and everyone should know about them! In translation from Latin "affirmation" means "statement". The name itself already carries one of the key rules that must be taken into account when drawing up affirmations. This is an affirmative short phrase. With repeated repetition, it goes to the subconscious level. With the help of affirmations, a person improves his psycho-emotional background, which leads to a qualitative change in the personality as such, and in life in general.

How to use and how to pronounce affirmations? All statements must be supported emotionally. Soulless repetition of something written or memorized will get you nothing. You have to believe in what you are saying. Consolidate every victory and even the smallest success or shift that brings you closer to your goal. You should only choose affirmations that work best for you.

Better yet, invent them yourself. You cannot use negative statements or wish evil on someone. You should always thank the Universe, even if you didn't get exactly what you wanted. Be clear about your wishes. Before creating an affirmation, imagine the result you want to get in as much detail as possible. Phrases that contain the dynamics of development work best.

For example, you have recently become more depressed or you just want to improve your psycho-emotional state. You can say this affirmation: I am satisfied with everything as it is, I am satisfied with my life, I like myself as I am - and the like. But there is no development in these verbal forms. Which is contrary to the laws of the universe. This means that your energy will not be spent on the implementation of your plans, but on the confrontation with higher powers. Better to be phrased in a more positive and dynamic way:

  • I am changing for the better;
  • I am satisfied with my successes and develop further;
  • I accept myself as I am and strive to become better and more perfect;
  • I like my life and all the changes that take place in it;

Do not confuse affirmations with visualization. Do not say them in a negative mood and in disbelief in their power. Positive affirmations are phrases that we inspire ourselves to achieve the desired results. They enable us to see opportunities and become better. Thoughts pass through our attention in thousands in one day, and often they have a negative direction. By making the repetition of affirmations a daily practice, we have a powerful tool for strengthening our inner core and moving towards happiness!

Affirmations aimed at changing oneself (“I want to change”) are pronounced in front of the mirror, looking deeply into the eyes of oneself or looking at one's face. This is a very powerful remedy! And to increase it even more, you can touch your hand to the throat, thus stimulating the center of changes located on the throat.

Affirmations are repeated 10 times, but several such approaches can be done daily and should be worked in this way until all resistance to change or any hesitation disappears.

Forgiving others and, in general, everyone with whom you have grudges is the most important action that opens the way to further transformations!

However, when forgiving others, you should also forgive yourself - don't forget about it!

The affirmation for self-approval (“I approve of myself”) is pronounced 300-400 times a day, turning it into a kind of prayer. This affirmation brings to the surface a lot of destructive forces, which soon after the start of classes appear in the form of irritation and self-criticism (“What is there to approve of, I’m fat (stupid, lazy, unlucky, sick, old, etc.). all this stupid idea? ").

Gradually, this affirmation leads to liberation from dependence on the opinions of other people about you and to the understanding that your shortcomings are just your personality and they are no worse than other people's merits.
In principle, multi-colored affirmation posters, with the help of which we declare our desire to the universe, can be used not only at the initial stage, but also in the future, only in this case they should be dedicated to some enduring values. These posters are best placed in accordance with the principles of the Chinese teachings of Feng Shui. At the same time, affirmations aimed at material and spiritual wealth should be placed in the southeast, and those that relate to our material dreams and projects are best placed in the west. Affirmations on the topic of love, family and marriage, written by a woman relative to a man, should be placed in the northwest, affirmations on the same topic written by a man regarding a woman should be placed in the southwest, and affirmations regarding self-esteem are best placed on south, into the glory zone.

I would add one limitation to this wide range of possibilities - it is best to do affirmations during the day, or at least during the daytime.

If we proceed from the mantric essence of affirmations, then their reading should be started aloud, then repeated slightly audibly and, finally, uttered silently in the depths of oneself.

Since there is no consensus about how many times and how to say affirmations, I will just talk about how I do it myself.

The number of destructive instructions identified when working with the subconscious on a problem also determines the number of affirmations that will be required to block it. Usually this is 30-50 affirmations, that is, one page of text.

Initially, all affirmations are read in a row, as if outlining the circle of works, and this is done once. After that, reading the list begins anew, but now each affirmation is read three times, bending the fingers with each reading. This simplest technique of counting turns out to be very convenient, considering that a few minutes after the beginning of reading, the consciousness becomes slightly cloudy and it becomes difficult to determine whether you have read this or that phrase and how many times.

These cycles of reading three times are repeated three times, so that each affirmation is said 10 times.

Depending on the possibilities, such sessions of work with affirmations are carried out two to three times a day, which gives a daily volume of about 1000 affirmations.

As the resistance of consciousness when reading affirmations decreases, the volume of their pronunciation decreases, and at the moment when the spoken words and thoughts merge, there is a transition to pronouncing the affirmations with an inner voice. At the same time, the feeling is born that the affirmations seem to settle inside the head.

An affirmation is considered worked out if there are no more noticeable sensations when reading it. A worked out affirmation is skipped, and a package of affirmations is considered worked out when all of its affirmations have been worked out.

If emotional forces permit, you can work simultaneously with several packages of affirmations.

Unlike the process of reprogramming the subconscious, the presence of strangers when reading affirmations does not affect the result, unless you yourself feel discomfort from it.

To enhance the impact of affirmations, you can read them with expression, imagining as vividly as possible what you are talking about, up to complete empathy (identification with another object).

To further enhance the effect of affirmations, you can smoothly change the volume from the strongest to a vanishing whisper and again to the maximum volume and do it cyclically for some time.

The effect of the affirmations is further enhanced by a change in pitch. In this case, the tone smoothly decreases to the lowest that you can only, and often this tone is even lower than the bass, because the voice sounds right in the throat. And then the tone gradually rises to the very peaks, almost to a squeak. Naturally, at the boundaries of the range, the sound volume drops, but this is already insignificant.

When working with affirmations, you can prepare a glass of water in advance and drink it after finishing the work. If the affirmations are pronounced at a good emotional level (17-18 points), then you will notice that the taste of the water has changed somewhat.

1. Get rid of the feeling that it's funny. When doing something for the first time, or something we are not familiar with, we may feel like it’s funny. Get rid of it. You don't laugh when you say bad things about yourself, but when you praise yourself, you feel awkward. Just do it, and don't worry if you feel strange. The time will come when you will feel less and less uncomfortable.

2. Begin your statement with the word "I". The more you personalize what you say, the more it will be directed towards you.

3. Your affirmations should speak about the present tense, as if what you are talking about already exists in reality. The present tense statement gets more energy. Try to avoid the words: may, will, or should.

4. Keep your sentence short and simple. Make your statement meaningful to you. If your affirmations are large, you may find them too difficult to repeat on a regular basis. Big statements work well during mediation.

5. Practice. Teaching the inner voice to speak well takes practice. It's like developing muscles. Practice and your affirmations will get stronger.

6. Clear vision. See clearly that what you are claiming is real in your life. Associate yourself with the positive affirmation so that it becomes a part of you.

7. Write it down. By writing down affirmations, you will help your mind remember the new statement.

8. Repeat them often. Repetition makes learning easier. The more often you make positive statements, the more they become a part of you.

9. Make it fun. Enjoy repeating affirmations. Smile and hold the feeling of lightness.

10. Remember tenderness. The more you praise and cherish yourself, the more you enjoy living. Have patience and love.

Place them wherever you often look - at home, in your car, at work.
Write each 10 to 20 times.
Repeat them aloud as many times a day as possible. Speak confidently, with feeling and enthusiasm.
Record them on a voice recorder and listen at any suitable time.
If the words or the tone in which they are pronounced do not seem to suit you, you do not feel them, repeat with changes until you like it.
