More often in such cases, a summable method is used, as part of the application of which the schedule of employees is drawn up. If the schedule has compiled incorrectly or intervened unforeseen circumstances (a changer disease, force majeure situation, etc.), according to the results of the execution of the planned shifts, open hours are formed, which go beyond the rules established in the Code. Thus, the essence of the summary accounting of the spent time is worth talking in more detail. A summary accounting of spent time is devoted to Art. 104 of the Labor Code, which determines this method as the counting of working time is cumulatively for a predetermined period. That is, labor shifts on different days of time may be unequal and go beyond the limit standards established by the law. Also may also be unequal and leaving the maximum duration of work activities and working weeks. At the same time, it was summarized for the month (quarter, half of the year, year) the temporary standard of the duration of the performance of the working responsibilities should be observed and complyed with a certain in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Working in a non-working festive day is a work that is performed in conditions deviating from normal, as well as work at night (Art. 149 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). According to Art. 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, if the work shift on schedule falls on a non-working holiday day, it is paid in the following sizes:

saders - not less than double piece prices;

employees whose work is paid in daytime and hourly tariff rates - in the amount of at least a double daily or hour tariff rate;

employees receiving salary (official salary):

in the amount of at least a single day or hour rate (part of the salary (occasion of the salary) per day or hour of work), excess of salary (official salary), if the work in the weekend or non-working holiday was performed within the monthly rate of working time;

in the amount of at least a double daily or hour bet (part of the salary (occupation) per day or hour of work), excess of salary (occupation), if the work was carried out in the entire monthly rate of working time.

At the same time, this article says that a specific amount of remuneration in the weekend or non-working holiday festive day an employer can install independently, but not lower than the sizes provided for by law.

Thus, if the employee's change falls on a non-working holiday day and comes for a few more hours at night, two surcharges are relying:

for work on a festive day (Art. 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation);

for the night at night (Art. 96 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

So, in this case, the shift must be paid as follows:

in fact, spent hours in non-working holidays are paid at least in double size (except when, at the request of the employee, he is given another holiday day);

warning for every hour of work at night should be increased by at least 20%.
